Purchasing an NFA item from another dealer or submitting a Form 1 and simply need fingerprint cards (FD-258), Black Ankle Munitions can help!

If your prints are already on file, and you just need an additional set of cards, select Yes to “Prints On File”.

If you need to have your prints scanned for the first time, select No to “Prints On File”.

One set of fingerprint cards is required per item AND also per trustee.
