One of the rounds blew up in my gun. After 6 months of working with Cody Barker at cci, I’ve about given up. Customer service is atrocious, I’ve had to fight tooth and nail to get anything out of them. Cci admitted fault, sent me replacement ammo for most of what I sent in, and I may see a replacement gun that I have to pay transfer fees on.
My ears rang and I had vision problems for a couple days, and they completely ignored that.
