Who Is Eligible To Use BAM Layaway?

The BAM Layaway purchase option was added to help Alabama residents in spreading out the cost of a suppressor purchase over multiple months. Typically, the ATF approval time exceeds the BAM Layaway duration so we are able to initiate the Form 4 transfer immediately. *For the Form 4 to be submitted while you make payments, Black Ankle Munitions must be performing the transfer.

Non-Alabama residents are welcome to use the BAM Layaway purchase option, but the Form 3 transfer, to your local dealer, will not be initiated until receipt of the final payment.

The BAM Layaway purchase option is also available for eligible non-NFA items. (*Shipment will not be initiated until receipt of the final payment.)

When Do You Submit The Form 4? (Alabama Residents)

After the down payment has been made, we will initiate the Form 4 transfer paperwork. Alabama residents only. *For the Form 4 to be submitted while you make payments, Black Ankle Munitions must be performing the transfer.

When Do You Submit the Form 3? (Non-Alabama Residents)

The Form 3 transfer, to your local dealer, will not be initiated until receipt of the final payment.

How Much Does It Cost To Use BAM Layaway?

The service fee varies by item but typically there is a 10-20% service fee applied to your order when you use BAM Layaway.

What Is Eligible For BAM Layaway?

Most NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, AOWs, etc.) are eligible to be purchased using a Payment Plan. Accessories are not eligible for this purchase option.

How Are Payments Calculated?

When using the BAM Layaway purchase option, 10-20% is added to the purchase price. The down payment is 20% of the purchase price and you will then make 4 equal installment payments (25% of the purchase price) over the next 4 months (1 payment due each month) to pay off your balance.

How Do I Make The BAM Layaway Installment Payment?

To make a payment, login to your Black Ankle Munitions and click on the My Payments link. Then click on the “Pay” link for your BAM Layaway. Installment payments should be made on or before the due date listed for each installment in your order. You will receive a reminder email 5 days before your payment is due.

Please Note: Automated recurring payments are not available at this time. You will need to complete the payment by following the directions above.

Why Does My Order Show As Awaiting Payment?

When you are in your account and looking at the Payments section, there will either be two or three different order statuses shown.

The initial order should have a status of "BAM Layaway". This is the parent order.

Any additional orders should have a status of "Completed" or "Awaiting Payment". These are all child orders of the initial BAM Layaway plan order. After an order is paid, the status will be updated to "Completed" and the next Layaway plan order is automatically generated with a status of "Awaiting Payment".

Can I Pay Off The BAM Layaway Early?

Yes, early payments are allowed and can be accessed through the My Account page.

*Please note that early payments do not reduce interest or change the final purchase price of using the BAM Layaway.

What If I Miss A Payment?

If you miss a payment due date, you will be granted a one-time 15-day grace period before your Payment Plan order is cancelled. If you miss an additional payment due date, the BAM Layaway order will be cancelled and the products are returned to stock.

Once BAM Layaway products are returned to stock for delinquency of payment, all service fees and payments (down payment plus any completed installment payments) that were paid towards balance are non-refundable.

Can I Cancel BAM Layaway?

BAM Layaway can be cancelled within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase.

*If you request to cancel your BAM Layaway order, the initial order payment is non-refundable but will be applied to a BAM e-Gift Card.

Can I Change My Transfer Dealer?

If you would like to change your selected transfer dealer, simply let us know who you would like to use. If they are not in our Dealer Locator, you will need to coordinate with them to provide their FFL and SOT (for NFA items).

If you are going to change your chosen dealer, please do so before completing the final payment.

The Energetic Armament Vox K2 represents the next evolution of the Vox line of Energetic Armament silencers. The Vox K2 is a next generation ‘kurtz’ compact silencer for shooters that require a hard use, high temperature silencer that is light and compact. Engineering efficiency is at the core of our design & development philosophy and this new silencer is testament to that. At 10.4oz and 4.9 in. long the K2 improves weight efficiency (dB/oz) by 60% at the muzzle and 25% at the ear over the legacy Vox K in testing performed on a Mk18 rifle. Where a compact, high performance silencer is needed the Vox K2 yields 54% greater length efficiency (dB/in.) at the muzzle and 20% greater efficiency at the shooters ear.

The Vox K2 continues the feature rich tradition of the Vox line with a laser welded & nitrided C300 nickel-cobalt superalloy core. Industry standard 1.375×24 ‘HUB’ pattern mount allows shooters access to a wide array of mounting options in addition to the removeable direct thread adapter that ships with the silencer. The industry-first wipe cap is standard equipment and allows the shooter to use the silencer with or without the wipe depending on what suits their needs. The new Vox K2 accepts our accessory flash hider end caps available in both 7.62mm and 5.56mm. The Vox K2 ships standard with a combination cap/mount spanner and our Vox Blox vise block so you are ready to go right out of the box.

The Vox K2 features the Energetic Armament patented Serial ID ring that is standard on all EA centerfire silencers. This patented ID ring ensures best-in-industry support should anything happen to your silencer such as a baffle strike. Our lifetime warranty makes sure you are covered and warranty re-cores are handled with same-day turn around rather than weeks or months with other companies.

The VOX^™ is compatible with all industry standard quick-disconnect mounting systems including the Q Plan-B, Dead Air Key-Mo, SilencerCo ASR and other 1.375×24 mounting systems. This allows the operator to use the muzzle devices they already have and makes swapping your VOX^™ between guns very simple and convenient.

The end cap of the VOX-K2^™ is removable and features a wipe holder as standard equipment. A high temperature rated silicone wipe provides ultra-quiet sound performance when using sub-sonic rounds. The wipe forms a seal to the exiting bullet to control gas flow and bring the ultimate quiet to your shot. The wipe is easily removed for heavy supersonic, high power shooting is needed. The VOX is quiet… really quiet… with low, even tone that gives your rifle the voice you want.
