Who Is Eligible To Use BAM Layaway?

The BAM Layaway purchase option was added to help Alabama residents in spreading out the cost of a suppressor purchase over multiple months. Typically, the ATF approval time exceeds the BAM Layaway duration so we are able to initiate the Form 4 transfer immediately. *For the Form 4 to be submitted while you make payments, Black Ankle Munitions must be performing the transfer.

Non-Alabama residents are welcome to use the BAM Layaway purchase option, but the Form 3 transfer, to your local dealer, will not be initiated until receipt of the final payment.

The BAM Layaway purchase option is also available for eligible non-NFA items. (*Shipment will not be initiated until receipt of the final payment.)

When Do You Submit The Form 4? (Alabama Residents)

After the down payment has been made, we will initiate the Form 4 transfer paperwork. Alabama residents only. *For the Form 4 to be submitted while you make payments, Black Ankle Munitions must be performing the transfer.

When Do You Submit the Form 3? (Non-Alabama Residents)

The Form 3 transfer, to your local dealer, will not be initiated until receipt of the final payment.

How Much Does It Cost To Use BAM Layaway?

The service fee varies by item but typically there is a 10-20% service fee applied to your order when you use BAM Layaway.

What Is Eligible For BAM Layaway?

Most NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, AOWs, etc.) are eligible to be purchased using a Payment Plan. Accessories are not eligible for this purchase option.

How Are Payments Calculated?

When using the BAM Layaway purchase option, 10-20% is added to the purchase price. The down payment is 20% of the purchase price and you will then make 4 equal installment payments (25% of the purchase price) over the next 4 months (1 payment due each month) to pay off your balance.

How Do I Make The BAM Layaway Installment Payment?

To make a payment, login to your Black Ankle Munitions and click on the My Payments link. Then click on the “Pay” link for your BAM Layaway. Installment payments should be made on or before the due date listed for each installment in your order. You will receive a reminder email 5 days before your payment is due.

Please Note: Automated recurring payments are not available at this time. You will need to complete the payment by following the directions above.

Can I Pay Off The BAM Layaway Early?

Yes, early payments are allowed and can be accessed through the My Account page.

*Please note that early payments do not reduce interest or change the final purchase price of using the BAM Layaway.

What If I Miss A Payment?

If you miss a payment due date, you will be granted a one-time 15-day grace period before your Payment Plan order is cancelled. If you miss an additional payment due date, the BAM Layaway order will be cancelled and the products are returned to stock.

Once BAM Layaway products are returned to stock for delinquency of payment, all service fees and payments (down payment plus any completed installment payments) that were paid towards balance are non-refundable.

Can I Cancel BAM Layaway?

BAM Layaway can be cancelled within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase.

*If you request to cancel your BAM Layaway order, the initial order payment is non-refundable but will be applied to a BAM e-Gift Card.

The Ruger American Predator Gen II Bolt-Action Rifle, 450 Bushmaster, 22″, 3rd is an update to the American-made rifle that has been the benchmark for accuracy, durability, and performance in bolt-action rifles for over a decade. Upgraded features include a durable, attractive Cerakote finish on the barreled action, a threaded bolt handle, stainless steel bolt body, and intuitive three-position tang safety that locks the bolt, which prevents inadvertent bolt opening yet allows the rifle to be loaded with the safety engaged. The rigid stock features a removable comb riser to improve sight alignment when using optics, as well as a length of pull (LOP) spacer, which can be removed or replaced to accommodate a variety of statures. Designed with customer feedback in mind, the Ruger American Rifle Generation II is sure to become the first choice for hunters and firearms enthusiasts. The generation II Predator models sport a Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish and are fitted to a green stock with black splatter texture. Removing the installed LOP spacer (common to all Gen II rifle stocks), transforms the rifle to an ultra-compact 12″ LOP for smaller shooters right out of the box.

Splatter finished stock provides excellent grip without being too sharp or abrasive.
Soft rubber recoil pad features a large radius on the heel for easy shouldering and improved geometry that progressively collapses to reduce felt recoil.

Professionally applied Cerakote coating on barrel, muzzle brake, receiver and bolt handle results in a durable, easy-to-maintain finish.
Medium contour barrel features deep spiral flutes that reduce weight at the muzzle end of the barrel to improve balance without sacrificing stiffness or accuracy.
Threaded barrel with factory-installed radial port muzzle brake is cold hammer-forged, resulting in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and longevity.
